This event, which includes the Prepared Consumer Food Centre Open Day, will present the latest concepts and technologies to help food companies meet the triple challenge of food safety, shelf-life and consistent quality. It will provide an opportunity for one-to-one discussions and knowledge sharing on the current challenges, solutions and technologies available.
